  • Upon receipt of Manpower Requisition with Project, Job Description & Salary, Recruitment will be discussed by team of expert.

  • Get approval from Client with action plan & strategies to suits.
  • Identifying the Professionals
  • Codified & well segregated Data Bank.
  • Targeting the Right Professionals from Job Portals, Social Networks, word of mouth & Head Hunting.
  • Release the advertisement in relevant newspapers having the best readership among the target-appropriate candidates with prior approval from the Clients.
  • Conducting the Preliminary Interview with industry expert where empower in abundance.
  • Exact matching candidates as per criteria will be only invited to attend the Interview.
  • Preliminary Interview
  • To save the time to our Client, prior to Interview, Preliminary interviews will be conducted by our technical experts on the basis of the description provided.
  • The semi skilled or skilled candidates are also evaluated through the trade test as per Client’s specialization.
  • About Client, Project, Salary, benefits & other terms will be highlighted to the candidates prior to the final interview.
  • Client’s Interview
  • Shortlisted candidates by our technical team will be presented to the Client for their selections.
  • To select semi skilled or skilled candidates, Trade Testing Center will be arranged as per Client’s specialization.
  • Express documentation as per the client’s needs.
  • Visa Procedures
  • Upon receipt of Offer Letter, brief orientation will be given.
  • Advice Premedical to avoid wastage of visas.
  • Visa Medical from GAMCA Centers Only.
  • Assisting Certificate Attestation / PCC if necessary.
  • Assisting Pro-metric test / MOH / Any test if necessary.
  • Visa approval / Visa Stamping.
  • Timely Mobilization, Selected candidates closely monitored by our team to assist all the steps of the way.
  • Brief orientation about Company, Project site, Country, Do & don’t do etc.
  • Maintain hospitality & transparency in entire recruitment.
