Position: Mechanical Supervisor

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement).

2. 8–10 years of experience in continuous process industries, preferably in Phosphoric Acid and DAP production plants.

3. Strong supervisory background with hands-on experience in multi-craft supervision.

4. Ability to read, interpret, and explain engineering drawings to the workforce.

5. Sound knowledge across all maintenance disciplines with familiarity in maintenance programs, practices, and procedures.

6. Fluency in English (spoken and written).

7. Valid driving license is mandatory.

8. Must successfully clear the MPC Workshop Qualification Interview.

9. Ability to prepare daily reports, time allocation reports, and material take-off (MTO) lists.

10. Basic computer proficiency is required.

11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and control manpower effectively.
